This is a full service water leak detection service utilizing the latest in acoustic and line tracing equipment and not a low price for an incomplete service to get us in your door! For slab leak detection we will work to locate and isolate the leaking line and prepare it for either epoxy restoration or a re-route. WATERLINE RE-ROUTES

From time to time a line re-route is the best solution for a slab leak. Either the leaking line is too damaged for epoxy restoration or otherwise not suited for repair, we will get you taken care of in the shortest time for the best price. We will provide for all drywall and painting repairs at your request.

PEX REPIPES

If we are unable to offer epoxy restoration to your water system we can still help. We highly recommend a new non-metallic PEX water system for replacement systems due to the pitting corrosion now affecting our copper pipe systems. A PEX water system will cost less and last longer than a new copper system and comes with a limited lifetime warranty. Copper boasts a 50 warranty but the fine print excludes corrosion, we see copper failures due to internal pitting corrosion everyday in our business, some in homes as young as 6 or7years!

Using approved epoxies developed for the restoration and protection of drinking water pipes we will repair your leaking copper water line in place. This repair will eliminate the major destruction and disruption that comes along with the traditional repair of a Re-Route to replace the damaged line.

The latest University of Virginia studies looking into the copper pinhole leak problem developing across the US have shown that the leaks are caused from interior corrosion to the copper lines. The epoxy coating process is widely utilized by our water departments to repair, restore and protect the municipal water systems with lasting results. We have perfected the process to apply the same approved epoxys used by the water departments to the copper pipes in your home and offer a 10 year warranty on all of our lining work.

** Epoxy Restoration Details **

This offer includes the epoxy restoration of 1ea, ½” or ¾”, copper line up to 35’ long with clear access to both ends of the line to be treated. Leak detection, drywall repair, stucco repair, painting and other construction services are available for an additional charge.
Service hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, we are often at work during extended hours and on the weekend, just give us a call.

The epoxy restoration process is suitable for copper water lines that have failed due to internal pitting and corrosion resulting in pinhole leaks, over 90% of leaks result from internal corrosion. Lines that are not suitable for the restoration process can be repaired, or replaced, by conventional means. Lines requiring conventional repairs may not be eligible for this flat rate program.
