At Pipeline
Restoration we know that there is always a more pleasant way
to spend your money than on an unexpected plumbing repair! We are here to offer the premier
money and time saving alternative to traditional slab leak repair
methods with our epoxy restoration process for copper water lines. Whether you need a single line fixed to solve a
slab leak, or a complete copper water system restored as a cost savings alternative
to repiping, just give us a call! We offer a limited lifetime warranty on our whole house restoration service and a ‘No Fix – No Pay’ policy for all epoxy slab leak repairs!
We have left hundreds of happy customers behind! The most appreciative of which have had a previous
slab leak repaired by a traditional direct access repair (jack hammer the floor) or re-route (damage to walls
and ceilings to run new piping). With our single line process we require only two
points of access (about 12” square), the ability to isolate
the leaking line and one day to line and return to service. We have been called on by Homeowners Associations, Insurance Adjusters, Property
Managers and hundreds of Homeowners to provide for the detection and repair of slab leaks.
All
of our epoxy materials are completely non-toxic and certified to NSF/ANSI
Standard 61, the national standard for contact with drinking water. You can be assured that all epoxy products utilized
in your water system restoration are in compliance with all national safety standards. Please contact us for further
information on certified epoxy products. The process for solving a slab leak with our pipeline restoration process has four
basic steps and closely follows the US Navy system1 for air lining
of small diameter piping: - Leak Detection, using electronic
equipment we locate both ends of the leaking line.
- Isolation, the leaking line is exposed where it
enters the floor on both ends and disconnected from the system to prepare for the lining process.
- Epoxy Treatment, the line is dried, cleaned and coated with epoxy. After the epoxy lining has hardened the line is tested and the
repair is confirmed.
- Reinstatement, the repaired line is reconnected to the system and returned
to service.
We are
confident in our process, over 95% success ratio,
and in the value of our service, most slab leaks are located and repaired with walls patched for less than $1,500.00. Check
our pricing and you will agree that we are the best solution for your leaking pipes! 1Our lining process is a refinement of the original US Navy Air / Sand lining method developed in the
mid 80’s for use on shipboard piping and land based potable water systems. The land based facilities were treated in
order to meet the stringent requirements of the federal clean water act proving the suitability of the air driven epoxy lining
process for our application in residential copper pipe water systems.
* This is a full service, no obligation,
residential water leak detection service including acoustic survey for new customers only. It is subject to availability of

at our sole discretion.
